Hebrew/Aramaic Alphabet Course Overview
Introduction:
This critical Course is the starting point upon which every other Course on this website is built. It teaches you the Ashuri Alphabet, which is common to both Hebrew and Aramaic, and is therefore important whether you want to pursue Hebrew, or Aramaic, or both.
This Course is recommended to everyone. Whether you have absolutely no knowledge of the Hebrew/Aramaic Alphabet at all, or whether you know some of the Alphabet already, or whether you think you already know the Alphabet, it is still recommended that you complete this Course. The Course provides a great deal of useful background information and makes many interesting comparisons between Hebrew and Aramaic, thus providing you with the maximum amount of flexibility in being able to study Biblical Hebrew, Modern Hebrew, Biblical Aramaic, or the later Syriac (Aramaic) scripts. This Course is the foundation upon which everything else is built, and it will get you started on your journey in the best possible way.

There are no Prerequisites for this Course.
Course Duration:
Typically 3-4 weeks if you are working on it every day, but it depends on your experience and how much you know already. However, you can complete this Course in your own time and at your own pace.
